According to the most recent reports I heard on the radio, the ex-KGB agent living in the UK who was murdered last week was deliberately poisoned with polonium-210.<br /><br />Polonium-210 USED TO have a second practical application besides neutron generation to trigger a bomb: It was at one time used as a heat source in space probes.
